The Oakland Raiders are a professional American football team based in Oakland, California. They are currently members of the Western Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). Legally, the club is a limited partnership operated by Al Davis, who serves as President of the team's general partner for the A.D. Football.
